COMFORT, CHARACTER AND CONVENIENCE
QUAYSIDE is an impressive Grade 2 listed former warehouse, nestled between the ancient harbour and the centre of historic Mevagissey on Cornwall's glorious south coast.
In its previous lives QUAYSIDE variously served as a netloft, pilchard press, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the village undertaker! However, after recent extensive renovation it now houses luxurious one and two bedroom apartments containing a host of modern conveniences whilst retaining their charm and character.
Just steps from Mevagissey's beautiful harbour and within a minute's stroll of the many restaurants, pubs and shops, QUAYSIDE is the ideal choice to experience a stay in the heart of the village. This stunning blend of the 18th and 21st centuries is perfect for those who just want to relax and enjoy the character and comfort of their home away from home.

MEVAGISSEY, A FABULOUS YEAR-ROUND DESTINATION
LIFE IN MEVAGISSEY has always revolved around the stunning harbour, one of the few remaining working fishing harbours in Cornwall. You can spend hours walking along the quay, cast a line off Victoria Pier, visit the museum and aquarium (open during the main holiday season only) and poke around the various craft shops and boutiques in the village.
The many pubs, restaurants and cafes offer an array of delicious cuisine showcasing the fresh seafood landed at the harbour and the tastiest locally grown produce. All pubs, and many of the cafes and restaurants, are open year-round.
The South West Coast Path cuts through the village, whilst numerous pretty beaches, harbours and coves are nearby. The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Eden Project, historic Charlestown Harbour and the gorgeous Roseland Peninsular are all just a short drive away.
The highlight of the year is Feast Week, starting in late June and featuring live bands, street stalls, colourful dances and singing performances, and culminating in the incredible fireworks display on the final Saturday night.
In winter many pubs have roaring fires and offer live music. At Christmas the harbour is decorated with colourful lights, shops host Christmas displays and carol singers peruse the village. New Years Eve in Mevagissey is famous for its extravagant festivities with incredible fancy dress costumes worn by the revellers who flood the village to see in the New Year.
No matter when you visit, whether during the lively summer holidays or in the quieter months out-of season, Mevagissey is a great destination offering an array of attractions in a stunning Cornish coastal location.
